My coverage of the Surrey Filipino Heritage Festival on Sunday June 23. I want to thank the BIBAK Organization that I am a part of for being an instrumental part of the entire day. I want to thank uncle Cliff Belgica for allowing me to be there. To the organizers of the City of Surrey as well as people from Surrey Filipino Heritage, Civic Surrey where the event was held, TFC Canada, Bagauio’s very own Narda’s Handwoven Arts and Crafts. Yeng Constantio was also present and performed.
